Year 5 Closure Home Learning
Friday 10th July 2020
Hello Year 5. Here we are at the final week of term! I know it has been an unusual Summer Term and we have missed out on many things together however I want to say how proud I am of you all. Your hard work, your resilience and many times, for making me smile by sending me your fantastic work and photographs of all the activities you have been doing at home.
I know you will want to join me in saying a huge thank you to parents and other grown ups at home who have supported you with your learning. To all parents, I know that circumstances have meant balancing many commitments, often including your own work so thank you also for maintaining communication with me via the home learning emails.
I am now wishing you all a happy and relaxed summer holidays and I cannot wait until we are all back together again in September where we can catch up, say goodbye and together, get you ready for your final year in primary school! I have already told Mrs Aliwell what a fabulous class you are and she is also looking forward to the time when you will become her class. Below, is a letter from Mrs Aliwell to you and includes a request that you write her a letter in response and she will reply back to you all individually so she can get to know a bit more about you before then.
See you in September!
